This Refund Policy applies to all orders placed through jiasulaiman.com. It should be read together with our Terms of Service.

Made With Care, in Limited Quantities

Each Jia Sulaiman piece is produced in small batches, with several styles made to order. Because of this, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for change of mind. We encourage you to review the product description, size details, and measurements carefully before purchasing, and to contact us with any questions before placing your order.

Change of Mind

Orders that have been correctly fulfilled as described are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund on the basis of change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference. We are happy to help you choose the right piece or size before you order — please reach out to us first.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or is not the item you ordered, you are entitled to a remedy under UAE consumer protection law. In these cases, you may choose one of the following:

  • A replacement of the same item (subject to availability);
  • A full refund to your original payment method.

The choice of remedy is yours. Where a replacement is requested but the item is no longer available, you may instead choose a full refund.

How to Report a Problem

Please contact us at hello@jiasulaiman.com as soon as you notice a fault or receive an incorrect item, ideally within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. Reporting promptly helps us resolve matters quickly. This timeframe is a request and does not affect your statutory rights in respect of defects that become apparent later within the period protected by UAE law.

Returns of Faulty or Incorrect Items

For confirmed faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, the item must be returned to us in the condition in which it was received, with any tags and packaging where possible. You may initially be asked to cover return shipping; where we confirm the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will reimburse your reasonable return shipping cost. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot process a remedy for returns we do not receive.

How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Where a refund is approved, please allow up to 14 days for it to be processed, after which the time for funds to appear depends on your bank or card issuer. Original shipping charges are refunded where the entire order is faulty, damaged, or incorrect; they are otherwise non-refundable.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can cancel and fully refund an order provided it has not yet been dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled, though your rights in respect of faulty, damaged, or incorrect items continue to apply.

Sale Items

Items purchased on sale or with a discount are eligible for the same remedies as full-price items if they arrive faulty, damaged, or incorrect. Sale items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
