These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website jiasulaiman.com and the purchase of any products through it (the "Site"). The Site is owned and operated by Faida LLC-FZ, registered in the Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (License No. 2416602), trading under the brand name "Jia Sulaiman" ("we", "us", "our"). Faida LLC-FZ is the merchant of record for all transactions on the Site.

By accessing the Site or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Legal Notice, which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and capable of entering into a legally binding contract to place an order. By placing an order you represent that you meet these requirements.

Products, Descriptions & Availability

We make reasonable efforts to display our products, including colors and details, as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, and your screen settings. As a small-batch label, product availability is limited and items may sell out. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue any product, or correct errors in product descriptions, pricing, or availability at any time without prior notice.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges and any international duties or taxes are additional and are described in our Shipping Policy. We reserve the right to change prices at any time before you place an order. Payment must be made in full at the time of order through the payment methods offered at checkout. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.

Order Acceptance

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We may, at our discretion, decline or cancel any order, including where the product is unavailable, where there is an error in pricing or product information, or where we suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity. Where we cancel an order for which payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid to the original payment method.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping, delivery timeframes, and responsibility for customs duties and import taxes are governed by our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are provided as guidance and are not guaranteed.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms or our Refund Policy limits any rights you have as a consumer under the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates, including Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection and its implementing regulations.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including the "Jia Sulaiman" name and brand, logos, designs, images, text, and graphics, is owned by or licensed to Faida LLC-FZ and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written permission.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation or security, to attempt unauthorized access to any part of the Site, or to use it in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Site or interfere with any other party's use of it.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Faida LLC-FZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Site or from any products purchased through it. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability under the UAE Consumer Protection Law. Our total liability in connection with any product shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that product.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Faida LLC-FZ and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

Your personal information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date and takes effect when posted. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
