This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through jiasulaiman.com. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
Order Processing
Our collection includes both ready-to-ship pieces and items made in small batches to order. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 10 – 14 business days of payment confirmation. Made-to-order pieces may require additional time; where this applies, we will notify you by email.
Processing times exclude weekends and UAE public holidays. Orders placed during sale periods or peak demand may experience slightly longer processing times.
Shipping Within the UAE
We ship across all seven Emirates. Domestic shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order details. Estimated delivery is typically 2–4 business days after dispatch, subject to courier performance.
International Shipping
We ship internationally to most destinations. International shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery times vary by destination and are provided as guidance only; they are not guaranteed, as transit times depend on the carrier and destination customs processing.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
For international orders, the customer is the importer of record and is solely responsible for all applicable customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, and any other fees levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout and are collected by the carrier or local customs authority at or before delivery.
We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please check with your local customs office for details before ordering. If a shipment is refused or returned due to unpaid customs charges, any return shipping costs and non-recoverable original shipping costs may be deducted from any applicable refund.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information where available. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to become active.
Incorrect Addresses & Failed Delivery
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, non-delivery, or loss resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or unclaimed parcels may incur additional re-shipping charges.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, or does not arrive within a reasonable time after the estimated delivery window, please contact us at hello@jiasulaiman.com with your order number. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue. Claims relating to items that arrive defective or incorrect are handled under our Refund Policy.
